HI
can u pls tell me about the issue
Scenario:
i had installed oracle 10g on windows xp and i got the url for EM.
later i had to change my ip address for some reasons.
The enterprise manager is not working now ( even using old ip, new ip and localhost)
is there any solution to reinstall the EM for the existing database
