I had installed oracle10g on windows 2003 domain.
i am not able to access the EnterPrise Manager by using the URL
It just shows a blank white page without any errors.
Please Help

set oracle_sid=<sid>
and post here below command output.
C:\> emctl status dbconsole

Hi Taj,
emctl is working fine but the EM is not starting. Can u please tell me the procedure to reistall the EM or check the files for configuration
