 I have the problem above when trying to remove a huge number of files from a specific dir. Is there any way to delete all these files together?

Thanks for your help.

Try this..

$ cd
$ for i in *
> do
> rm $i
> done

Be careful since it will delete all the files with in the dir.

Hope it helps.
