which incremental backup ????
your database is not running in archive log mode.so i suspect your didn't talk about RMAN....
and if you talking about EXPORT then don't use it..there is nothing to incremental...

Regards
Taj

Incremental backup can be taken using rman if its running with archivelog mode. U can only take cold backups on timely manner.

Dear

RMAN backup is only for database level(that takes block level backup) not for individual table level.

The second thing is that in logical backup(ie. export) you have an option for incremental backup but that is also applicable only for database level.
