Hi,
Database :10.2.0.2
I am getting following errors :
Errors in file /u01/oracle/admin/JFP/bdump/jfp_j000_1142968.trc:
ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 122698

Hello
Have a look for more errors in trace and alert log files.
Check for which objects this job has triggered, Mostly those objects are Invalid or Check for Grant and permissions.

please check it your job_queue_process parameter is set > 0 .
