Hello Sir,
This is Raj from Hyd, India.Actually I;m trying to write a shell script using SQL.But when I'm setting up a crontab , all that is going to
/var/spool/mail/rsreddy.
Actually what I'm looking is , I want to run any SQL command at the linux level and that too with a crontab.
So, can you please help me out.

Hi,
You have to put your SQL in any_name.sql file and you have to call any_name.sql in your shell script.Shell script first establish connection to Oracle.
