Hi all,
I am recently joined in this group.Presently i am working as system Engineer(HP-UX administrator) in one Company.I have nearly 2.8 years experience in this OS administration field.Now I am planning to migrate to Database administration.I don't have any real-time experience on DBA.But I really interested works as dba administrator.
I have learnt DBA.I am planning to write OCA(dba certification)certification end of this year.
My question: is it really worth to take dba certification?.will it helpful in getting job?.
Please give me your valuable suggestions.

Dear,
If you going with truth, then truth is Certification is just Added Advantages nothing else.
and job responsibilities depend only exprience.
If you have good exprience then you must go for certification becuase some of most big company always need OCP certification with Oracle DBA/Developer.
