set all env variables and DISPLAY or login to X window by some means
From X window u can execute all binaries which will pop up login screens
After end of installation it will display you a URL login use this to login to OEM

Hi,
In a new console
type
From user root
type :
xhost +
from user orale
type :
oemapp console
it will work.
