from Scheduled Tasks
Right click on task..Property...On the third tab "setting" you can specify time when you need to stop the job.
Please reply if this is solution

If Job starts at 2 AM and you want to stop it at 1 AM...
So total duration is 21 HRS.You can specify job to stop after 21 HRS.
Have you checked whether stopping job will create any problem ? Data integrety will be maintained ?
