Hi,
I have attempted to install Oracle 9i on various Win XP Professional SP2 PC's without any luck. The install will only get as far 33% and will stay at that point indefinately. The installation does not hang. If the installation is then cancelled the user cannot then log back into the PC as the profile cannot be located. Only an admin can login. No errors are displayed. This issue does not occur on Vista. Does anyone have a work around for this or has anyone seen this before? Any help would be much appreciated.
