Dear Friends,
I had created a database manually by create database command but I am not finding the database in OEM on the contrary when I created a database uing DBCA I am able to use through OEM as well as from command prompt....
Please do anyone know the solution for it...

you have to configure OEM repository through EMCA tools.

Yes you need to configure manually.
set oracle_sid=sidname
emca -config dbcontrol db -repos create
