DB Console service is not getting started when i start my database server.My database has started .If I connect database without using service name then sql prompts comes up but when i give service name "GHDB" TNS No Listner error comes and ORACLEDBConsleGHDB sevice not started."Error no 1053 :The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion ".Please guide me through this.

emctl start dbconsole
