hi,
i want to startup my existing database(9i) from port 1522 that was running on 1521 ,wt shud setup i hav to make to perform it.

but why you want to use 1522 except default port.

hi,
it didnt help me,i hav 2 database running on 1521.but i want to run one of my database on 1522 w/ another listner thats y wt entries i shud made.
i made antoher listner on 1522 then updated my tnsmames.ora there i made 1522 instead of 1521 on that database.
but it shuws me error tns-12514

ORA-12514 is different error it is not related to PORT changes.
