| I need to do a DB refresh from Dev to Test. What are the steps involved in it? |

what is DB refresh ?
but if you want to create new database same like DEV on test machine.
then backup your dev database and restore in your test machine.
you can do it
1. manully
2. RMAN duplicate

Thanks Mohommed. What i need to do is to refresh the database from Dev. to Test by including 10 new materialized views and put it into Test. so i'm finding out how to do this.
